We collect only what we need to run bookings, pay people and keep the platform safe.
What we collect
- Your name, email, phone number and area.
- Booking details: apartment, dates, guests and payments.
- For agents and managers: your payout bank details and BVN check. We never store your full BVN, only a protected code and the last four digits.
How we use it
To make and confirm bookings, send receipts and reminders, pay managers and agents, and prevent fraud. Payments are processed by Paystack.
Who sees it
A guest's details are shared only with the people handling their stay. When an agent made the sale, the guest deals with the agent.
