Refund policy

Your money is held safely until you check in. If you cancel, how much of your stay comes back depends on how close to check-in (2pm Lagos time) you cancel.

• 7+ days before check-in: 95% back5% kept
• 3 to 7 days before check-in: 85% back15% kept
• 2 to 3 days before check-in: 80% back20% kept
• Under 48 hours or no-show: 50% back50% kept

The amount is worked out on the stay you have paid so far, deposit and balance together. The service fee is non-refundable. Refunds usually show on your card or bank within a few working days.

Something wrong with your stay? Use "Something's wrong" on your check-in card and the host will sort it out.
